Hi.  A couple of years back, at the American Artisan Festival, in Nashville, TN my husband and I purchased a rug from you.  We loved it then and we love it now.  You told us that some people actually use them on the floor.  We can’t imagine.  It’s such a wonderful piece we have in on the wall.  (Where have you been? Why haven’t you returned?)

In our home we have lots of wide open spaces and some very large walls.  Your piece is one of the first things a person sees when they enter the house.  We are happy and proud to share this.   

We still have one large wall that is in need of something.  We speak often about getting a second piece.  We still have your card for the day when we can get another wonderful piece of art from you.

Tonight was a true ohmygod moment. I was so scared as the package containing your rug was opened. What if I hated it; what would I do/say? John, it is so perfect; I am thrilled with the design and the colors. I love the black borders along the sides! You have truly exceeded my expectations (corporate speak), and made my day.

You are really good and I would like to let the rest of the world know how thrilled I am with the carpet. Is there any place I can post a note about my experience with you?

Should I get anything, like a waffle weave, under rug mat? I want to treat this rug like the piece of art that it is and additionally, make sure it lasts forever.
